(1914-1977) Was a Member of the NY State Assembly from 1957-1962. He was known for passing tenant-friendly legislation and authored “The Forgotten Man in Housing” in 1959. In 1968, he became a Justice of New York State Supreme Court, and later, a Surrogate of NY County.
